I have a 1974 D200 I am trying to restore. You can get front fenders,doors,side floor panels from JC Whitney.WHat I have yet to determine is if you can get patch panels to fix the beds on these trucks. I am running into a dead end there. Other options on the bed is a flatbed or a donor bed off another truck. Mechanically everything on your 83 should be able to be replaced via the local autoparts store. Engine rebuilds are possible or a crate engine from Mopar.

Whats the truck need? Do you want to restore it stock or modify it in some way.
