Flywheel /T245A engine

Has anyone ever seen a 6 hole Dodge flywheel mounted on a standard (jaw type)- 8 hole crank ?? --(T245A-ORD rebuild dated 8-71)
Curious -my other M37 has the standard 8 hole wheel as shown in the manuals. Any input will be appreciated !
