If so, the power loss won't be very significant. No loss of turning radius, about 1.8" gain in ground clearance, much better traction on slippery terrain (ice, snow, wet and icy pavement) and much better road performance with the Michelins, also much better ride on and off road.
The main tradeoff: cost.
All in all, the 11.00-16s Michelins are far superior to the NDs in performance but they cost a lot more new also.
