Do your front springs have 9 or 11 leaves? Either way they are awfully stiff. I had my local spring company replace my 11 leaf fronts (mostly 0.260" thick) with 6 leaves of 0.320", arched to ride 3" higher. It still is stiff; I should have had springs made with 5 leaves. I may take one of the lower leaves out. If they are going to duplicate the original pack, I'd have them put two less leaves in but arch them so it's about 1.5" higher than stock. And get some new Monroe truck/bus shocks that fit the huge 1" pins. This will markedly improve your ride.
