Well, just get ready for new replacement parts not fitting, and a lot of frustration. Not to mention that the doors are designed so the windows and crank assemblies will only JUST BARELY come out of the door. It's like some evil engineer foresaw that someday some group of crazies would be restoring these things.
Seriously, the worst part to me has always been the little short replacement channel that
VPW sells for the edge of the glass closest to the hinges. There is a metal runner inside the door that you have to take out and the channel they sell WILL NOT fit easily. I had to go to our auto glass shop and find some they had that would fit. Have fun.
