rare Dodge?

I have a 1966 Power Wagon that is the original blue witch I read is rare. Also the vin # is stamped on the right side frame I also heard is rare. And one last thing it has the 251 engine and it has an extra little bump on the block and head where they come together at the front of the engine. Witch I also heard was rare. I'm would like to know if anyone can tell me how true this info is or is not and what it might be worth all fixed up.
