I have a service called "Dropbox". It is a folder on my desktop that i just plop the files into. They are automatically uploaded to a webserver, and also sync'd with every device (phone, PC, laptop) I own. Once they are in the folder, I simply right click them and copy the link.
Paste said link into the box "Optional Image Link" and it's all over.
