Texas has relaxed the title laws for scrappers, they way they get around for new aka maybe bank repos or stolen is to cut it into 3 or 4 chunks and then it hits the container and heads down US 59 100 miles to Mexico to be melted down, aamazing what they have been stealing down here lately especially copper out of a/c units new houses and oil feild motors on pumpjacks sitting on remote locations, they are fast and have 150 of hose as well so they wak the bolts off and drag it up to the truck bed with pto winches, it weird to see a 75 hp Oliver tractor from the 60's gas axed on a truck bed dripping fluids sitting at the taco stand about to be weighed and then magnet lifted directly into a open top container on a roll off truck, they been making lots of runs down to Mexico from here, u can see the oil dripping stains headed to mexico from the scrapyardlol
