You're going to see more of it. I won't say I'm against it either, Chrysler did it in the 80s because they couldn't afford to develop a V6. Now it's to save fuel.

My problem is how this setup is going to hold up over time? Turbos are expensive and very hard working. How are these things going to hold up after 100k miles of being driven hard and put up wet combined with poor maintenance?

All the fuel savings in the world isn't going to help the $5k shop bill when both turbos need to be replaced.
