Was the whole radiator cowl assembly dismantled and reassembled? If so, it could be an accumulation of small differences adding up. Measure the tops of the radiator core support, and make sure they are parallel with the frame, and if they are not, check them for evidence of being bent. Everything attaches to it, so it is a good place to start verifying. If it is good with the frame, check that the parts attaching to it are the same side to side.
Lots of times these problems are not found in a single culprit, but in several ones that multiply on each other. A little here and a little there can really add up.
