The mouse was not really a problem. It was kind of funny. Now if it had been a rat, that's different. We don't need any more lawyers on this end of the country, not even dead ones. Ha ha
I Oiled your speedometer well, and assembled it with my glass and housing and was able to push the broken end of my old speedo stem through the little center doohickey with a torch tip cleaner that just fit, holding it with a pair of pliers up close to the end so it wouldn't bend. I had already assembled my parts with my new plastic disc, and figured I would break it trying to take it apart. Now in between snow storms and plowing, I will get it back in the dash. Thanks again.
