Panel Wagon Body

I have a 99 shortbed 1500 4x4 (about 118" wheelbase) that drives great but is a little rough on the outside. I'm thinking of putting a Power Wagon panel or pickup truck body on it. I'd prefer the panel. I'm a fabricator, but not a body guy, so I'm looking for a pretty straight, rust free body. Also, I'm looking for advise from anyone who may have experience or any other input to offer. THANKS!
