It is legal to provide a link , or multiple links to sites or comments regarding a person , product or company . You can even make a comment , but it is more prudent to write something like "this is of some concern " or " for your information " than to cross the line to liable .
Courts are siding more and more on the side of the complaintent in Liable cases . Norway is sueing a guy in Canada who put the Norwegian flag and a fish on a pack of smokes with the warning that fish farming kills .
Kind of silly and the decision has yet to be made but in the past this would not have even made it to court .
