I made it my self. I cut a template out of poster board, then fabricated it out a piece of 1/2" thick of automotive Thinsulate(TM) and some roofing rubber. The Thinsulate was some material I had left over from an old job. The automotive material is just heaver weight, and is coated to stiffen it some. After cutting the pieces out I used some heady duty (Loctite) contact adhesive to glue them together, then I used some Rubber Undercoating to give the interior side of the rubber a flat textured finish.
