One thing I'd suggest thinking is putting a suction system of some sort. If you have a welding/cutting table it's something to consider. I have a squirrel cage fan and ran a "double" Chimney. One is for the stove and one for dust exhaust.

I also put in 2 big fans in the ceiling for exhaust. Visible in the pic in the top corners. I wired for AC but have never put it in as one of the fans keeps it cool enough for me.

The only problem with exhaust fans and suction is if you use it when your burning, it'll pull the smoke out if you don't have the doors open. Mine is tight, like yours probably will be so that is a problem. Someday I get around to putting a overhead heat exchanger with fan from the wood bolier and that problem will be solved.
