Thanks for the input. The body was outstanding. The guy just did a great job on that, and it showed he took his time and had a lot of experience. But, I question why he did not focus a bit more on the engine, I know he tried. The hesitation feels like lack of fuel, but I worry a bit it could also be valve or cam problems. According to the gauge though it had good oil pressure.
The cooling though is more worrisome. Since he did the radiator, the water pump and the "tube" inside the block, If this was a tractor engine I'd look for a block problem.
