Do yourself a favor and pick up some of 3M weatherstrip adhesive remover. It takes it off easily when it hasn't cured. If you wait for it to cure it's a LOT harder to get off. It's safe on the paint too. I use black on all my stuff. yellow stands out too much for me and didn't know there was a difference.
