I've used the same and it's holding well. Bought my gasket from VPW and you have to cut it to fit. It's a bugger to put the adhesive on the gasket and lay it in the crevice without touching the paint, but it can be done. I cussed the whole time, balancing on the running board ad working with the snake rubber, but I managed.
