I guess we both grew up in a different time
with different social guidelines
perhaps my use of the word rude was to harsh for mark but it described all of the above
things later in life added a few more things
to the list
like never take wine when you go to someones for dinner take flowers the host who plans the dinner has also planned the wine (this is a bigge in Europe)
