I believe that it will. The military kept the same bolt pattern on the M37 so that it would be comparable with their existing WWII trucks. I believe that all the WWII crash box trans are the same bolt pattern as the early PW transmissions. Be sure to get an early M37 trans case. Talk to Dave Cirillo he will know all the details.
