i just had a talk with my wife and kids about what to do if i should go, no planning it soon but never know, we spent the day going thru the shop ,garage and other buildings looking at things and they have a basic idea of the value, the kids were a little freak talking about it but its something i wanted done, i think now they have a good idea and wont haul in the dumpsters.
