I have 5ea Wrangler 37 x 12 16.5 HMMWV TIRES mounted on custom STOCKTON Wheels. NO TUBES OR FLAPS. These rims were sand blasted to bare steel, primed and painted Gloss Black. Tires are at least 95% tread left. Stockton wheels alone cost $2000.00 for 5. Shipping is your cost, don't mind banding or strapping on a pallet(s).
