Tin Tin Car illustrations
An article in the NY Times talked about how Herge was very detailed in the way he rendered the cars in the Tin Tin series. Within the article was a reference to a French site where a guy posted photos of actual cars next to the TinTin drawings. I thought you might like this. There are 2 jeeps, a fwd fire engine of some type and a 55 Chrysler Imperial in the mix.
