Just this year Congress said the PO has to pay it's own pension cost, starting with $5 Billion NOW.

Somebody sent an email, that with benefits, Municipal employees make 15% more then private, State about 25% and Federal employees get 40% more than a private sector employee.

Easy to tell where the last bastion of the labor unions is eh?

Worst thing is it's the underpaid private sector employee who has to pay for those phat bennies of the civil servant.

The problem lies in allowing the civil servant unions to strike, when there is no competition in the field. What is a civil entity to do, threaten to use a different non union Fire Department? Go with John Smith's police department?
