I'll have to agree with te tracking and the service.. Even with a tracking number, they don't update their system so you never actually know where your mail is. I was waiting on a package that I paid extra for 2 day delivery that took 5 days to get to my house. Even calling teh post office with teh tracking number didn't help...the day it was delivered the post office told me it was still 500 miles away.....
