I have a feeling that Mininger is not selling the gears anymore since he is in the business of rebuilding regulators.

I bought a set from him awhile ago and they are nice gears. He also seemed like a good person to work with.

I briefly looked into having the gears made, but since I have no need for them, it's not worth my time or effort.

There's a place called emachineshop.com that will cut the gears for about $4.00 apiece with a quantitative of 25.

They have a gear design feature which is pretty simple to use if you have an old gear for meaurements. It may take a few hours messing around with if you are not already familiar with CAD design.

The hazard is that you will mess up the design and the resulting gear will not be usable. Then you have lost a $100 or so. It's not cost effective to have them cut just one gear to see if it works.

Maybe, someone familiar with CAD can design the gear and post the file to this website. Then we can all have access to it.
