Hi Dave. Thanks. Yes there is a chain drive for a hoist, but I likely won't ever use one. The aftermarket pto drives to the rear. It drives another unit that is sort of like a dual pto. That unit has output shafts that you can either drive forward or to the rear. In this case, it's doing both. The one side drives the front winch and the other side drove a rear winch or could drive a pump for a hoist. I removed the winch and thought about a hoist, but I doubt if I will do it.
