Good one Doug. "Purdy mouth" might be good too! We used to allow hunters as well but it became such a pain we quit. Just allow close friends now.
All we asked was to leave it the way you found it and we don't want to know you were here. People started using trees AND barns for target practice and trash everywhere. Never ceases to amaze me how cans get so much heavier after drinking contents that you can't pack it out.
Highlight was when someone tried to run us off our own land because "their" buddy had permission to hunt their from the owner. we also had people ask if we could come back later to work as they wanted to hunt and we might scare off game. HUH??
Never underestimate the gall of people.
