As Manny says, if you have a 251 truck, it's a bolt in deal and it's only a prob;em on the front end if you have a 230. If you want to use the 230 bridge type engine mount you will have to redrill the front crossmember or make 2" extensions back to the originals. The M601 with 251 uses a pad type mount under the front of the engine like the mount that's likely on your 265 - if you go that way you need to drill right through, then hole-saw for socket spanner clearance underneath.
