engine replacement in FFPW

As described earlier, my 65 FFPO is hard to start (even after new condensor etc) and smokes badly.

I have a 265 engine from 40s bigger Dodge truck that is in good condition. So I would like to swap in the better engine.

Aside from being a 6 volt with different carb linkage, are there any other potential problems doing this? I am worried about stuff like motor mounts, clutch activation, mating to the transmission etc...anything I can't easily change.
