Mike. I recently ordered a pair of door limiters for my WDX. I was told they were reproduction, and I was told they were shorter than the originals, which would result in the door not opening as far as the originals will let it. I decided to buy them anyway, and modified them to work correctly. But, I have to wonder why would VPW even buy a lot of these things, knowing they aren't the right length? Same as with the tail gate chains. Why not have some made to the longer length for the early beds, and some made shorter for the later beds. It doesn't make sense to me. At the same time, for the most part, all other purchases from VPW have been fine.
