Yes, "completely stock" except for what isnt, like the second series bed, all the stainless parts and bolts. Beautiful job though.
I am always surprised when I see trucks being sold that are soooo close to being done, but not quite. This seller says the bed strips will be done, why not do them and then list the finished truck. Worse are the ones that are almost done and include the laundry list of piddly details the new owner will need to complete. If I was shopping for a big dollar truck, that would be a major turn off and a red flag.
