I can only imagine they are buttoning up the few houses they are building so they can work the interiors over the winter, but I can't believe they are that darn busy.
I'm half tempted to get involved, but I want my son to handle it. I'm a lot better at cranking on guys that provide poor service and he's just 29.
Too cold to insulate and heat up here for any outside work over the winter. He won't be ready to build until May when things warm up enough--our ground can freeze down to 4' or more. But he already has the financing and wants to get scheduled.
Frustrating!
