That looks like the W300 that Gene McRill had. He brought it to the Rally a few times. The bed sides came off of some other Dodge, of course, and he moved the wheel cut-outs to fit the wheelbase. There also was no inner fenders. The inner bed panels came straight down to the floor. Kind of modified bed sides slapped onto a custom pickup box. It looked nice though.
Can't tell if this is the same truck or not as Gene had 19.5-inch railroad high-railer wheels on the truck.
