The T207 series half ton WC trucks were in production at the end of 1940, basically September 1940 on, and would have split rims.
The locking ring was the same as the ring on the T202 VC series trucks, and it originally appeared on the six lug TD20/21 and VD20/21 one ton civilian trucks in 1939 and 1940
