Here are the manual variances for the 230 engine
TM 9-1808A
Clearance hot .010 intake and exhaust, adjust with engine running at normal temp.
Dodge Shop Manual for "W" Series Trucks 1/2 to 2 ton trucks (D-11318).
Clearance hot .010 intake and .014 exhaust, adjust with engine running at normal temp.
