The economy is the reason, for sure. The
"unemployment rate" doesn't tell half of the story. There are thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of us out there who are self-employed, and the bean counters have absolutely no idea how to count them in. It would be impossible, and it would make their numbers look like the death count at Dachau.
When selling anything right now, it had better be very rare, very desirable, or very correctly priced.
