Thanks, guys. It's looking possible for me to pull this off, after all. I'm getting the V-8 kit from Robert, so FOR SURE, I still need the shortened water pump, NP435 lever bracket, flywheel spacer, center differential yoke, power steering box adapter, and output shaft/PTO for the trans. I'm going to put my 230 in my other fixable PW, so two will be going next year. Yeah!
