nick, i have had to shim, adjust,modify any mounts that i have used, whether from vpw or just pucks. i make sure i have about 1/2 inch clearance from the cab lip to frame clearnce [tranny opening] and that the hood and other areas of concern line up and look correct. on an old or re-worked cab many of the dimensions will be somewhat different.
