6 sack is close, but if they can't provide a specific simple psi design they shouldn't be in business. 6 1/2 sack will definitely get you there and may be closer to 3500 psi. Also the drier you can pour the product the better it will be. That said you want to extend the curing process as long as possible. This can be done by keeping the slab wet after the first night . Spray it down a couple times a day if you can but no direct pressure, but I would avoid covering it with plastic as this will cause discoloration and make it look horrible.
