What Mike is saying is that I have told him that I can not run the '48 Illinois plates that he sent me on any of my my trucks here in Illinois. There are two problems that prevent me from doing so:

1) I do not own a 1948 vehicle. I have a '47 and a '51, but the plates he sent to me are '48.

2) Neither of my trucks are registered as antiques. Both are registered as "B truck" and have to register them that way because of the way I use them.

3) The '48 plates are too nice to display on a vehicle that gets driven in all kinds of weather in all kinds of neighborhoods.

Three strikes - I'm out.

Junior
