I cannot figure it out either. I can post pics on the PWA site but this is a challenge for me. I thought I saw someone walking past the food tent with crutches and a metal brace going down one side of the leg under the foot and up the other side. PW content-metal used as reenforcement for help during activation of the starter button on the floor.
