you would have to do too much, with only 12000 miles, my 65 w100 had 100,000 or so when I bought it and I drove it for 5 years almost everyday, the motor never flinched, I refurbishe a lot of driveline stuff but I was playing restoreer, the rest of the truck probably would of held up just as well.
I do agree tho, cool(and easy) restore, but you never know until you go!!!
