The electric fuel pump overloaded the ABS system and it held the brake on the front wheel. lol, I would start with the brake caliper then the hose. Jack the truck up and spin both front wheels. See if they both spin the same. If not the wheel thats drags open the bleeder and see if it helps[spins easier] If it does its the hose.If not check the caliper,make sure the slides on the caliper move free. Or drive to Bethlehem Saturday and will put it on the lift to check it out. Good Luck. Bill.
