Block sand with 2000 and a little soap in the water. USE A BLOCK! especially on the run, until it levels out. As for the dust nibs, same proccess but less sanding. Keep things quiet in the work area so you can hear the nibs come loose.....they should make a squeeking sound when they do. As soon as you here it, STOP and squeegy the area or spray downward with water. Dry it off and take a look. Should be gone, if not, keep doing it till it is. Hope you have a good buffer, I use the Presta buffing system for new paint, much better than the 3M stuff. In the end, the TDS should give all the instructions for the process, if the supplier gave you one. if not, you can access them through the PPG web site.......need more help, send me an e-mail......good luck with it!
