It happens to my sno-cats and M37s a lot. It seems to a be a problem with the 230 power train design. One solution is to block the clutch down when the rig will be parked for a long time, but I worry that will permanently weaken the pressure plate. I usually try the "start it in neutral, slam it into gear, and break it loose" method but that has never worked for me. What's always worked (so far) is to just block the clutch down and wait a few days. I've never had to get underneath and pry it loose yet.
