Fairly well. Going backwards, the hammers drop against the bell. Going forwards, the hammers lay against the bell nice and easy - in a perfect world. If you are going just the right speed forward (usually while slowing dows) and hit bumps just right, they sometimes ring and usually don't stop untill the truck stops. Kind of agrivating at times when there are a lot of people around.
