Wheels, Budd and otherwise

A slightly differnt direction on wheels. I am a WWII Dodge kinda guy and know the difference between 1/2 ton, M37, and Combat rims. I don't know too much about civilian stuff. Are the wheels on the on the PWs sthe same as M37? i.e. do the split rims have the long flange on the lock rings or are they more like my 1/2 ton wheels? I am under the impression that the dish is closser to M37 and cannot be dualed up as can the 1/2 ton.
