Can someone check some 3/4-ton PTO dimensions?

I'm interested in finding out what the rear cover bolt pattern is, and what the stub shaft diameter is. My PW PTO has a bolt pattern diameter of 2.5" and the output shaft has a diameter of about 1.125" or very nearly so.
