I am new to this site, and own several MoPars (several 1967 Coronets, a 1930 Dodge coupe project, and a few others). I am thinking of repowering a pick-up truck for light duty and have a some questions about the clutch usage for the 225 slant six and NP435 transmision combination:

What is the available diameter(s) of the clutch disks used? Would it be the same as the 23 spline clutch disks used in MoPar musclecars? Is the truck clutch linkage hydraulic or mechanical? Which models (100,200,etc...) would use that combination? Was this a popular combination?

I don't like the small (car) 9.5" disk and pressure plate that I have.

Thanks, any help is appreciated. The boneyards are all frozen here in Wisconsin.
